The Order of Merit and Distinction

consisting of two ranks (Gold and Silver):

1. “Gold” Order of Merit and Distinction.

2. “Silver” Order of Merit and Distinction.

Awarded to ministers, ambassadors, envoys, members of parliament, senators, representatives of Palestinian, Arab, and foreign political parties and notable individuals of equivalent status. Additionally, it can be granted to prominent Palestinian figures who have rendered exceptional services to the nation.
