RAMALLAH, May 29, 2026 – President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the successful completion of the 1447 AH Hajj season.

In a cable of congratulations, President Abbas commended the extensive efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve pilgrims and provide all necessary facilities and services, enabling them to perform the Hajj rituals safely and with ease.

The President also expressed appreciation for the continued development of the Hajj system and related services, which reflects the Kingdom’s longstanding commitment to the care of the Two Holy Mosques and service of pilgrims.

The President wished the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people continued security, stability, and prosperity.
